Hi there, I'm Stephanie.

I’m an instructional designer and learning strategist based in California, with American-Assyrian roots and a strong foundation in business, data, and systems thinking.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business with a 4.0 GPA and later completed coursework in Introduction to Programming, because understanding how systems work helps me design learning that actually holds up in the real world.

I currently work at MID, where I focus on improving learning experiences, processes, and outcomes. My role goes beyond design execution.

I spend a lot of time reviewing what exists, identifying gaps, and helping teams move forward when the path isn’t perfectly clear. I’m comfortable working with incomplete data, weighing risk versus action, and making thoughtful recommendations that support leaders without overstepping.

Previously, as a Lead Designer at AT&T, I designed learning across e-courses, virtual instructor-led training, video, and digital content. One project that strongly reflects how I work was a UX redesign of a Virtual Leader-Led course. By simplifying the structure and focusing on how learners actually apply information in real time, we increased customer satisfaction from 83% to 97%. That result came from clarity, not complexity, and it reinforced my belief that good design should always drive measurable impact.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in reality. I listen first, look for patterns, review data when it’s available, and move forward thoughtfully when it’s not. I care deeply about reducing friction, improving processes, and designing learning that people can actually use - not just complete.
