I'm an instructional designer and creative of American-Assyrian descent, residing in California. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business at the University of Phoenix, where I graduated as a 4.0 honor student. Additionally, I hold a degree in Introduction to Programming from Udaicity.
As a Lead Designer at AT&T, I have worked on various media, including web banners, social graphics, e-courses, virtual leader-led courses, and videos. Each project has provided me with valuable opportunities to enhance my design skills.
Among my favorite assignments was creating a new UX design for a Virtual Leader Led course, which resulted in an immediate return on investment, as evidenced by positive feedback from AT&T Customers in the voice of the customer survey, by increasing the numbers from 83% to 97%. This outcome was achieved through creative visual design and a simplified approach to training, enabling learners to apply their newly acquired knowledge during the training sessions quickly.
As a designer, I aim to consistently support and streamline the design process, ensuring that users can effectively and enjoyably engage with the learning materials.
When I'm not immersed in front of a computer screen, you can often find me outdoors, pursuing activities such as biking, hiking, camping, and enjoying quality time with my family and friends.
